We sell handcrafted items including but not limited to jewellery.

All products are subject to availability.

Due to photography, lighting, and handcrafted production, there may be variations in colour, stone appearance/shape, or finish.

All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£).

We reserve the right to:

• Correct pricing errors
• Cancel orders where pricing errors have occurred

Shipping fees will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.

When you place an order:

1. You will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt.
2. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.
3. A contract between you and us is formed only when we dispatch your item. 

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where:

• Payment cannot be authorised
• Fraud is suspected
• The product is unavailable
• Pricing errors occur 

If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.

All payments must be completed before goods are dispatched.
